The Arkadiusz

Arkadiusz is a psytrance artist whose sound is shaped by decades of musical exploration, cultural transition, and inner transformation. Born in 1983 in Poland during the final years of communism, he grew up in an environment where freedom was limited and expression carried weight. Music became his gateway beyond boundaries, a tool for connection, imagination, and transcendence.

His journey began in the late 1990s through hip-hop, where he co-founded his first band and released multiple demo tapes between 1999 and 2003. This foundation rooted him in rhythm, storytelling, and raw energy. In parallel, he immersed himself in electronic music, producing house, techno, and especially trance, which quickly became his central axis. Trance offered something deeper: repetition as ritual, sound as an altered state.

Between 2004 and 2006, he developed as a DJ, translating studio experiments into physical dancefloor experiences. In 2006, he left Poland and moved to Mallorca, Spain, where he spent three formative years playing in local clubs and absorbing the atmosphere of international, open-air nightlife.

Later, after relocating to Germany, his focus shifted more intensely toward production. While starting a family and stepping back from frequent performances, he continued refining his sound in the studio over many years. Influences from dubstep and drum and bass between 2009 and 2013 further expanded his relationship with bass, tension, and dynamic energy.

In 2022, psytrance re-entered his life with full force. By early 2025, he began producing his first psytrance tracks, merging classic trance sensibilities with modern sound design, heavy basslines, and forward-driving rhythms.

Today, his music is designed for night-time dancefloors, open-air rituals, and immersive festival journeys. It balances propulsion and depth, groove and transcendence, always aiming to guide dancers into a shared altered state. His work is driven by one recurring question: What if?
